Kiwanis Harbor Party
The Kiwanis Club of Norfolk hosted its 21st Annual Harbor Party and Seafood Feast at Town Point Park. Despite unwelcome weather, folks braved the wet to enjoy some good seafood and good fun to support the club's fundraising efforts for local children's charities.
